Kier Regional Building Northern and North West

About us

As regional businesses within the Kier Build UK division we cover the North West of England and North Wales from our offices in Liverpool, Manchester and Wrexham, and Yorkshire from our Leeds office. We work on a wide range of projects across both the public and private sectors, including Health, Education, Residential, Leisure, Commercial, Defence, Industrial and Retail, ranging in value from £500,000 to £100m, with a combined annual turnover of over £170m.  We are closely allied to Kier Group’s property, residential and services businesses in the North, enabling us to maximise the opportunities generated through the Northern Powerhouse agenda. We recognise that construction is a major contributor to our regional economy, through employment, training, up-skilling, local spend and community engagement. Our people, who are both highly professional and customer-focused, are at the heart of everything we do, and our collaborative work with Clients, Consultants and Suppliers has been recognised with numerous awards.

Kier leads the way – Shaping Your World

Kier’s new campaign to help the public better understand and appreciate the built environment, and to attract a new generation of talent (Gen Z 11-15 year olds).
