RoSPA Gold Award

For the 9th consecutive year, Kier Construction Northern have achieved a Gold Medal at the RoSPA Health and Safety Awards 2017. The prestigious annual scheme is run by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA).

David Rawlins, RoSPA’s awards manager, said: “RoSPA firmly believes that organisations that have demonstrated their commitment to continuous improvement in accident and ill health prevention deserve recognition. Kier Construction Northern has shown that it is committed to striving for such continuous improvement and we are delighted to honour it through the presentation of an award.”

Through the RoSPA Awards scheme, which is open to businesses and organisations of all types and sizes from across the UK and overseas, judges consider entrants’ overarching occupational health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.
