Back in May Andy Radley (Group BIM Director) and Garry Bowker (Pre-Construction Director) attended the NWCH Strategic use of BIM, Digital Techology and Innovation in Construction event at Media City UK in Manchester.
The event was held by the University of Salford and other companies in attendance were Wates, Galiford Try, Vinci, Morgan Sindall and Wilmott Dixon to name a few.
The main format for the day was a panel discussion and speaking as part of that panel were;

Liam Brady – Programme Manager at Manchester City Council
Rob Higginson – A Commercial Leader at Laing O’Rourke
Garry Bowker – Pre Construction Director at Kier
This event was held to drive innovation within public sector projects across the North West and to share skills and ideas, as well as to assist clients to overcome barriers to getting the best out of digital construction technologies.
