Scape Project Completions

Year 3 for Scape was an excellent year with 11 projects awarded totalling £27m against our target of £25m awards.

7 of these projects have recently handed over for the following clients:

• Liverpool City Council: Liverpool college, Mosspits Primary & Blackmoor Primary

• LJMU – 3nr Lecture theatre upgrades

• Bangor University – CEB Labs

• Bolton Council – Blackrod Primary & Turton School

Other significant awards in year 3 were Limecroft SHALD for Oldham Council and the Adult Day Care Centre for Flintshire County Council, which has been selected as project kilo, the 1000th project to be delivered through Scape, so no pressure for our team there!

Our Employment Skills Plan and Social Value commitments under the framework continue to flourish from safety talks, demonstrations with local colleges, work experience, employment opportunities through to interviewing ex-service leaders and the odd dinosaur dig!

All of this continues to demonstrate our pre-construction and delivery teams’ effort, ethos and commitment to delivering high quality products and satisfaction to our employers where we have scored 10/10 on all categories on some of our projects and a huge thank you all involved in the projects as we look to build on this success going into year 4 of the framework.
