Completion of Astrea Academy, Sheffield

After nearly two years on site, we have successfully handed over the second phase of the Woodside School, now known as Astrea Academy. Students began occupying the new through school after the Easter holidays.

The construction process hasn’t been without it’s challenges with the new building sited on a 45 metre sloping site from top to bottom and split into three tiers to accommodate the challenging site contours.

Along our project journey, we have been recognised for our work in the community, a considerate constructors score of 44 and an RICS shortlist for the refurbishment work undertaken on the primary school.
