Last week, we handed over the completed building at St Albans Place in Leeds – a £29.8m student accommodation building in Leeds City Centre.
The 18 storey development will provide 376 state of the art studio apartments to students studying in Leeds. The building also includes communal hubs, a gym, study areas, a coffee lounge, cycle store, movie room and laundry facilities.
The first students moved into the building on Saturday 10th August, the day after handover, which is a month earlier than the original occupation date that the Client originally planned.
This was a fantastic achievement by the site team, who have worked non-stop over the past few weeks to achieve this early occupation.
