Building Better Healthcare Awards 2019

Last week we attended the Building Better Healthcare Awards in London where we were shortlisted in two categories for our work at York Hospital. The first category was the Exemplary New Build or Refurbishment project category for which we submitted the Endoscopy Unit. The second category was the Estates and Facilities Team of the Year category for our 15 year working relationship with the Trust.

Although not successful with an award, we were awarded a highly commended for the Estates and Facilities Team of the Year Award. Not every category had a highly commended and they said: “this was a difficult decision and was very close ,the judges decided to award a Highly Commended to Kier/York Hospital for their continued working together.”
