We are delighted to confirm that our project The Biosphere in Newcastle has been successful at the RICS Social Impact Awards 2020 for the North East region. Due to the COVID-19, the awards are being held virtually and the winners were announced this week and the project has won the Commercial Award.
The £22m scheme keeps graduates from local universities within the region to develop world leading research.
The facility is tailored to the commercialisation of life sciences and innovation, research and development in the North East of England’s regional and economic capital. It offers high-quality biology and chemistry laboratories, Grade A offices and conference space in Newcastle upon Tyne’s bustling city centre.
