Park Hill flats recently had their final Considerate Constructors Visit and I am delighted to confirm that they scored a fourth 45 out of 45, giving them a first within Kier Group.
They are the first project to consecutively score 45 on all four visits on any site within the Group and this is a fantastic achievement given two of the visits were during the COVID-19 epidemic.
The inspector said:
“Despite external arrangements with the community being temporarily curtailed, ‘virtual reality’ has taken over in most aspects. Time has been spent on arranging a skills academy in conjunction with Sheffield City College in readiness for the return of students and first class to note the volume of places booked.”
The project is nearing completion, with planned handover in Autumn 2020.
