CCS Score at Birley Fields

Our Birley Fields project in Manchester recently had their third Considerate Constructors Visit and they achieved a fantastic score of 43 out of 50.

The inspector said: “The site appears professional and well managed. The first impressions were excellent and the smart, clean, and tidy appearance of the site presents a positive image of the industry.

Great consideration has been given to their impact on neighbours and the public. The site seems to have become a positive temporary member of the community with an impressive amount of community engagement, albeit curtailed by the current restrictions. The ad hoc positive interaction with the local boy with learning difficulties is a particularly delightful example of an unexpected benefit generated by the project.”
