Following the completion of Rowan View Medium Secure Mental Health facility for Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust last year, the final customer satisfaction survey was undertaken with the Client at the end of last year.
The scheme was scored a fantastic 10 out of 10 overall and we were marked better than our competitors. Some feedback is below from Elaine Wilkinson, Strategic Project Manager for the Client:
