Considerate Constructors Visits – Nottingham Region

Recently the Nottingham region have achieved some fantastic Considerate Constructor Scores on three of their projects. Further details are below:

Bemrose School

45 out of 50

The inspector said: “Overcoming the trepidation and fears of the workforce relative to Covid-19 and evolving a new way of working has been challenging and a steep learning curve, but the achievements and positive comment from the workforce have been gratifying and could well be the new norm for the future.”

Bluecoat Academy

43 out of 50

The inspector said: “The site continues to make exceptional efforts to support and contribute to the school by support with the school maintenance and helping prepare for social distancing in classrooms to support the summer school and return of students in September.”

Nicholas Chamberlaine School

43 out of 50

The inspector said: “Excellent to see the change from diesel powdered heating to electric point source heating. Excellent to see the project using local wood recycling scheme.

The current recycling on the scheme is now at 98.5%.”
