Spen Valley Leisure Centre – progress on site

Our project at Spen Valley Leisure Centre is progressing well with the M&E fit-out progressing across the whole building including the pool filtration system (blue tanks in photo below). The pool halls have almost had their tiling completed and this will soon be starting in the changing villages once render works are finished. Second fix M&E and decorating works have just started in the the gym and fitness rooms.

Outside, the majority of the brick envelop to the building has been completed and the scaffolding has been removed. The external feature cladding to the main entrance area and the south and north elevations has also started to progress.

The majority of the roads and carpark have now been formed to base course level.
