The inspector said: “All internal and external areas are still maintained in a satisfactory condition, and arrangements have been made to store materials off-site. The internal aspect of the theatre itself with the heritage oak timber-work merits an Exceptional score.”
First Light Pavilion

The inspector said: “Liaison and Support of the local community is exceptional and combined with client resources keeps all informed of site activity and offers an improved client visitor experience during the construction phase.”
