Spen Valley Leisure Centre – progress on site

As our project Spen Valley Leisure Centre enters it’s final phase of works, the following progress is taking place on site:

• The project is well in to its final phase of finishes and final fix M&E
• The gym exercise studio floor has been installed along with a raised floor in the gym
• The first floor changing room cubicle fit-out has been completed
• Ceramic tiling has been completed to the changing rooms with the pool surrounds programmed to commence following the completion of the high level works
• The new substation has been installed and the old one now demolished allowing testing and commissioning to start in the building
• The external works have recommenced with preparation for street furniture/block paving, tarmac and landscaping ongoing
