Procon Leicestershire Awards 2021

We are delighted to confirm that we were successful at the Procon Leicestershire Awards 2021 on Thursday evening where we were awarded the Large Non-Residential Project of the Year Award for our work at Everards Brewery Phase 1B.

Phase 1B was the third phase of Everards of Leicestershire’s ambitious relocation strategy, which transformed an area opposite it’s old brewery near J21 of the M1. Phase 1B included the construction of 862m² of new office accommodation, 1454m² of brewery floor area and 1054m² of retail, food and drink space.

We previously delivered Phase 1A, which involved the construction of a new cycle centre and café as well as site-wide green infrastructure works to regenerate an area of previous inaccessible green space, unlocking connections to the local community and providing local employment opportunities. This phase of the project was awarded the prestigious Procon Regeneration Award for 2019.
