Considerate Constructors Scheme Audits

Recently three projects across our business have had Considerate Constructor Scheme audits and the scores they achieved are:

Shakespeare North Playhouse

44 out of 50

“This has always been a high-scoring project and is testament to the efforts and hard work of the project team throughout the duration of the works. A significant amount of documentation was presented and discussed during the meeting, and afterwards, to demonstrate how the team has strived to improve its performance.”

Queensferry Learning Campus

41 out of 50

“Improvements have been made in the Community section and particularly the Workforce section, resulting in an even higher level of overall compliance with the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice.”

Darley Street Market, Bradford

40 out of 50

“The site management team have made excellent use of an existing building to offer very high levels of welfare facilities to their workforce. They have recognised their opportunities to explore further diversification of their new build workforce, including it’s cultural and gender mix.”
