Darley St Markets – progress on site

As progress on our project, Darley Street Markets for Bradford District Council continues we can share the latest time-lapse footage here.

The scheme is still in the demolition phase and as we now need to install additional propping to an adjoining building to the south of the site, we are now aiming for this to be complete by the end of March 2022.  The anchor piling works under the two concrete lift cores will then begin, leading into the creation of the lift cores themselves, and the surrounding foundations and groundworks.
 
The scheme is due for overall completion in the Summer of 2023.
