We are delighted to have been re-appointed to the second iteration of the Procure Partnerships North West framework on Lots 3, 4 and 5. We are delighted to have been re-appointed to the second iteration of the Procure Partnerships North West framework on Lots 3, 4 and 5. Procure Partnerships have been successfully operating and delivering a framework across the North West of England since 2018, supporting public sector clients with the procurement and delivery of construction projects.

Since its inception, we has been an active supporter of the North West framework, engaging in numerous tendering competitions under single and two-stage procurement routes.

Initially North West-based, the construction framework was rolled out nationally and renamed Procure Partnerships Framework in 2019. Kier gained positions on all ten regionals lots, supporting delivery of projects across the UK.

Sean Fenner, regional director at Kier Construction North & Scotland said: “We are thrilled to have been re-awarded a place on the Procure Partnerships North West framework. Since its inception, the framework partnership has performed brilliantly by working collaboratively to deliver key projects in the area, pushing the boundaries of how procurement can support public sector bodies to deliver their strategic targets.

We look forward to delivering many more successful projects through this framework, providing our clients with high-quality delivery, value for money, and delivering measurable social value benefits.”
