Client: Kirklees College I Value: £7.3 I Completed: February 2018 I Facilities: The Springfield Centre is a new purpose-built facility that will offer a range of vocational courses, mainly to young people, and will include specialist provision in science-related and technical areas. The facilities are spread over three floors in a steel framed building with a variety of external finishes – natural stone, brickwork, render, traditional sinusoidal and Corten lookalike cladding with aluminium curtain walling and windows. Rooftop break out spaces are included within the design together with internal and external staircases which provide access to the building at both ground and first floor levels. The scheme also comprises staff and disabled parking together with external areas of soft and paved landscaping I Awards won: Best Educational Building at the West Yorkshire LABC Building Excellence Awards 2019

Client: Liverpool Council I Value: £3.6m I Completed: September 2018 I Facilities: Construction of a new extension to the school providing 9 reception classroom space, complete with admin areas, kitchen, plant room, staff areas and reworks to the existing stage to open up into the hall and provide storage.
Liverpool International College - Kaplan
Client: Kaplan I Value: £27.9m I Completed: January 2020 I Facilities: Kaplan is an educational facility over 3 floors with feature atrium lighting and a floating staircase. There is an upper student accommodation block from levels 3 to 12 comprising of 259 apartments and Kaplan will be bringing students predominantly from Far East to study for differing levels of courses with pathways to Liverpool University and the industry. Students will study and reside within the building.
