Raigmore Hospital – charity assistance

As our project at Raigmore Hospital project progresses, three of our site team were delighted to be able to assist our Client, NHS Highland, with some charity work.

The Hospital had two maternity scanning machines that have been donated by the Trust and they were being flown to Uganda yesterday.

Our site heard about this and they were keen to assist in helping get the machines ready. Neil Sharp (Project Manager), Craig Winpenny (Site Manager) and David Higham (employee from subcontractor, Gows) gave up their lunchtimes to to help staff box up and transport the two machines ready for their flight.

The machines are vital and staff from the Hospital travel to Uganda using their own annual leave to train the staff on how to operate them.

Well done guys!
