Supporting Rainbow Baby Day

On Friday 7th June we supported the charity Kicks Count who aim to reduce the UK’s shockingly high stillbirth and neonatal death rate by raising awareness of babies movements. To do this we took part in the Rainbow Baby Day which is held to remember little lives lost and supporting those that follow. Any support we can give is vital to its success.

Heather Shafer (Site Administrator) at our project at Rhyl school set the ball rolling by organising a dress up day on site and a fun quiz and colouring competition for the local community in Rhyl in the evening.

At our Speke office our charity champion, Helen Robinson organised a raffle, cake sale and “Bright” dress day.

Together through all the activities and kind donations from friends and colleagues we raised over £650 to support this small charity that do such an important job in supporting parents and siblings following a stillbirth. For further information on the charity click here.
