Contract Award : Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine

We have recently been appointed by Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine to deliver the £4.1m refurbishment, remodelling and extension of Pembroke House through the Scape framework.

The redevelopment of Pembroke House is part of the schools strategy and vision for education, with the aim of this building to facilitate teaching and educational collaboration moving forward, by:

  • Enabling high quality collaborative and interactive online learning
  • Providing a space to develop students who can go forward to make a difference
  • Providing a presence and hub for an academic and professional learning community to thrive

The first floor extension includes a striking structural glass façade to two elevations whilst the existing building façade is refreshed and updated with replacement period windows.

The project has recently started on site and is due to be completed in August 2022.
