At the end of September, we reached practical completion at the 11 York Street office scheme in Manchester city centre. Working on behalf of Kier Property the finished building is an exceptionally high profile, prime development opportunity, designed by AHR Architects.

The building is elegant and well-balanced with over 79,165 sq ft of grade A office floor plates and generous ceiling heights throughout. The floors are virtually column free and are designed to be sub-divided from 5,000sq ft.
